How It Works

Soothe Your System is a structured 4-part (plus an introduction episode) audio-based mindfulness and meditation program designed specifically for individuals seeking relief from endometriosis pain. Through an empowered relief approach, this course combines the science of pain with practical tools for relief - helping sufferers feel so much more in control of their symptoms. Each episode contains 10 minutes on the science behind the practice and how it helps manage endometriosis pain, along with a 15 minute meditation to put our new tools to work. Across the four episodes, we'll focus on how chronic endometriosis pain has changed our brain, and how - with gentle science-backed mind-body tools - we can rewire it back (even if it isn't always perfect). Each episode will explore themes like breath work, body scanning, non-judgemental awareness, central sensitization, neuroplasticity, self-compassion, and attentional control to rethink your relationship with pain and improve your daily quality of life through these amazing science-backed tools.
