How the Sessions Work

Living with endometriosis can feel incredibly overwhelming — physically, emotionally, and mentally. Thankfully, meditation is a wonderful, complementary way to help manage its many ups and downs.

These 1:1 sessions are online and offer personalised nervous system support, guided meditation, and gentle mind–body tools to help you navigate pain flares, reduce stress, and feel more steady in your body.

Whether you're in the middle of a flare or simply needing support to rewire how your body responds to the awful pain, this is a space for you to soften, regulate, feel understood and reduce pain using science-backed mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, clinically shown to reduce chronic pain.

In our session, we may work with:

  • Nervous system regulation techniques

  • Pain-focused mindfulness practices

  • Somatic mind-body tools

  • Breathwork (flare-sensitive options)

  • Self-compassion tools

  • Emotional processing around chronic pain

  • Practical flare-day grounding strategies
     

These sessions are all tailored to you and your unique experience  — allowing for customised relief from the grips of your endometriosis pain.

These sessions are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. These sessions are guided mind–body support designed specifically for endometriosis.

 

These sessions can also offer general guidance on navigating endometriosis using self-advocacy and empowerment — helping sufferers to find answers.

Option 01

4 Sessions Package
(60 minutes each)
$355 (AUD)

A deeper, structured container for ongoing nervous system and pain support.

Across four sessions, we gently integrate the foundations of pain-focused meditation, including breathwork, body scans, visualisation, thought-challenging, and self-compassion practices.

 

Some sessions may weave several of these together, while others may focus more intentionally on one area — depending on what your body and pain experience need most.

Each session is tailored to the unique physical and emotional pain points you're navigating, helping you build skills, confidence, and a stronger sense of control within your body over time.

Private Group Session 2-6 People
$130/hour (AUD)

A shared, supportive space for friends, sisters, or community members navigating endometriosis together.

At the beginning of each session, we’ll spend time gently exploring what each person is currently experiencing — whether that’s a flare, fatigue, anxiety, frustration, or emotional overwhelm. This helps us understand the unique pain points in the room.

From there, I’ll guide a tailored pain-focused meditation that weaves together nervous system regulation, breathwork, body awareness, and self-compassion practices to support the specific challenges shared.

You’ll leave feeling more grounded, connected, and supported — both individually and collectively.

Single Session
(60 minutes each)
$100/hour (AUD)

A personalised 1:1 session designed to support you exactly where you are.

 

Whether you’re navigating a flare, feeling emotionally depleted, or needing nervous system reset, this session offers guided pain-focused meditation and practical regulation tools to help you feel steadier, calmer, and more supported in your body.
